An Extended TODIM Method and Applications for Multi-Attribute Group Decision-Making Based on Bonferroni Mean Operators under Probabilistic Linguistic Term Sets

Due to the complexity and uncertainty of decision-making, probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs) are currently important tools for qualitative evaluation decision-makers. The asymmetry information can easily lead loss subjective preference decision-makers, existing operation decision-maker fusion operators is difficult solve this problem. To such problems, paper proposes some new operational methods PLTSs based on Dombi T-conorm T-norm. Considering interrelationships between input independent variables PLTSs, weighted Bonferroni mean Power average (PLWDBMPA) extended properties these aggregation proposed. Secondly, PLWDBMPA operator used fuse avoiding decision as much possible. This uses social media platforms web crawler technology obtain online comments from users decision-making public’s attitude towards events. TF-IDF Word2Vec calculate weight alternatives each attribute. Under traditional group integrating wisdom public, a novel multi-attribute method TODIM Finally, case study Turkey earthquake shelter selection proves scientific effective. Meanwhile, superiority was further verified through comparisons with PL-TOPSIS, PLWA, SPOTIS PROMETHEE method.
